About the team

As a Copywriter, your main responsibility will be to develop the brand's verbal identity and create written content that exemplifies the tone of voice for various business and channel needs to support brand and marketing initiatives.

You will be part of the Brand Creative Team: an international, close-knit team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters where you will play a key role in the creative development of seasonal campaigns and other brand-building initiatives, from concept to delivery of final assets. The Copywriter reports to the Head of In-House Creative.

This is a parental leave cover for approximately 15 months.


  • Set, maintain and develop Verbal Identity - across all channels - guiding its application in integrated communication
  • Have a top-level view of written editorial content published in all channels to ensure that the content is aligned with overall business goals
  • Create and be responsible for all seasonal content copy and brand-building campaigns, based on the brief provided by the team, and then work directly with channels to expand copy examples for different needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute content to support the global initiatives, social media content calendar, influencer outreach and ongoing engagement
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure key communication materials, especially market-facing materials
  • Stay up-to-date and on top of all tone of voice trends in general, and specifically related to relevant target audiences, and provide recommendations to teams on brand tone evolution


Your skills

  • 5+ years experience at ad agencies or client-side in a copywriter (or similar) position
  • Advanced education in writing (or equivalent work experience)
  • Deep understanding of branding and marketing/advertising, specifically cultural tone nuances for international compared to local needs
  • Flexible writing approach to work along a spectrum of needs, shifting tone as needed
  • Eager to take on ownership and guidance of verbal identity at a brand level
  • Enjoys a high-performing, fast-paced work environment
  • Handles stress and tight timelines well
  • Fluent in English ideally at a native level, both written and spoken is mandatory
