We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our Dr. Barbara Sturm Head Office team in Düsseldorf, Germany.  Based in Düsseldorf, this role is on a fixed term 12-month contract.  The successful candidate will enjoy working within a dynamic environment and growing company. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for the classic HR day-to-day business as well as close collaboration with the local leadership team to optimize and implement the HR and talent strategy. Responsible for recruiting employees throughout the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis to final hiring decisions; job postings through Sturm website, job boards, and LinkedIn etc Manage and develop all operational HR processes: Recruitment, support, controlling, administration of employment contracts, administration of payroll and pension plan Manage all ER and personnel related matters for our Head Office employees  Manage On- and offboarding, as well as maintaining a positive candidate and employee experience Participation in national and, if necessary, international HR projects Advise and Liaise with external and internal partners in matters relating to various areas including for example Payroll, Legal, Authorities etc Collaborate with wider International HR team
 

 

PERSONAL PROFILE:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Professional experience as HR manager/ HR Business Partner Experienced in addressing potential candidates through appropriate channels and platforms Strong project and process management skills, including organizational and planning skills Service and customer orientation with a structured approach to work and a strong interest in driving continuous improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees & passionate networker Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of flexibility and multitasking with minimal supervision.  Ability to influence people and the ability to tactfully convey critical information High level of commitment with good quality awareness Strong teamwork skills with intercultural competency Proficiency in both English and German MS Office proficiency Experience with handling HR system.  BambooHR is a plus
