Main responsibilities:
- Booking day-to-day shipments
- Contact factories and wholesale customers and arrange shipments, support the Production team to ensure seasonal distribution is completed on time
- Providing administrative support for 3PL: sending ASN, raising pick tickets, preparing shipping documents, tracking the shipment, and issuing return authorizations.
- Request and compare quotes from freight forwarders.
- Keep a good record of import/ export documents.
- Use ERP systems to keep track of stock inventory.
- Support the Sales team to maintain fluent communication with wholesale customers regarding their delivery schedule.
- Liaise with the Finance team to release goods on hold, and help to monitor outstanding wholesale order payments.
- Keep a good record of EXW customers’ shipping instructions.
- Record any wholesale logistics issues and report to the management team.
- Help to maintain a good relationship with suppliers, factories, clients, and service providers

Requirement:
- Right to work in the UK
- 2 years experience in a relevant or similar role
- Efficient in Outlook, Excel
- Good communication skills in written and verbal, confident to deal with all levels of staff across the business
- Good logistical knowledge with international market experience
- Proactive and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work both autonomously and under the direction
