Main responsibilities:  

  • Booking day-to-day shipments 
  • Contact factories and wholesale customers and arrange shipments, support the Production team to ensure seasonal distribution is completed on time 
  • Providing administrative support for 3PL: sending ASN, raising pick tickets, preparing shipping documents, tracking the shipment, and issuing return authorizations.
  • Request and compare quotes from freight forwarders.
  • Keep a good record of import/ export documents.
  • Use ERP systems to keep track of stock inventory.
  • Support the Sales team to maintain fluent communication with wholesale customers regarding their delivery schedule.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to release goods on hold, and help to monitor outstanding wholesale order payments.
  • Keep a good record of EXW customers’ shipping instructions.
  • Record any wholesale logistics issues and report to the management team.
  • Help to maintain a good relationship with suppliers, factories, clients, and service providers

Requirement:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • 2 years experience in a relevant or similar role
  • Efficient in Outlook, Excel
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal, confident to deal with all levels of staff across the business
  • Good logistical knowledge with international market experience
  • Proactive and able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both autonomously and under the direction
