Responsibilities:

Assist Co-Founder/Creative Director with day-to-day tasks

Schedule and confirm appointments from medical, children’s activities, events, etc.

Keep track of important dates for children’s school, doctors’ appointments, events, travel, etc.

Organize packages coming in and out – from gifts, to Westman Atelier products for shoots, and samples that need timely approvals

Maintain and organize studio in Bedford, NY on weekly basis

Work closely with Westman Atelier's content team on monthly photoshoots that happen either in Bedford or New York City

Communicate with different Westman Atelier teams in relation to Creative Director's needs and approvals

Coordinating travel and prepare itineraries

Order and maintain supplies for home and animals (horses, dog, cat)

Run miscellaneous errands

Commute often to Bedford, NY

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience within same caliber

Experience with Microsoft Office

Being able to work in fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written skills

Detail oriented

Experience in fashion or beauty is a plus
