POSITION SUMMARY:

This role leads to design, develop, deploy and support complex integrations. This position will be shared across multiple projects and manage 1 integration architect and 1 integration developer. This position plays a key role as part of PVH TPG Integration community in driving integrations between the applications with their design and development to meet their business needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Design, Develop and Support complex integrations through analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation and suggest an overall architecture design.
  • Understand IT & business needs and design integrations to meet those needs, ensure all technology solutions align with IT technical strategy and overall PVH IT architecture roadmap while adhering to organization standards.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into integration implementation
  • Ensure that architecture principles and standards are consistently applied
  • Collaborate with teams and provide suggestions or recommendations on design and/or process improvement. Promote adherence to compliance and documenting changes
  • Identify implementation risks and potential impacts; troubleshoot system errors and serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex errors.
  • Track integration trends and relate these to planning current and future integrations needs.

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Estimates resources requirements and the cost of maintaining applications to insure business requirements are met.
DECISION MAKING:
  • Ability to work independently with the team as a leader. Provide feedback and contribute in key decision making for integration development activities. Review integrations and recommend the right patterns & tools to use to meet projects' requirements
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
  • Ensure that all integration implementation address business demands and are both reliable and cost effective. Adaptability to changing trends and/or business demands with the ability to solve complex technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in integration development and with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint platform , API Management, MQ Messaging and Streaming
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in programming, systems or computer science.
Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing integration APIs, near-real/real time integration, message or broker
  • Should have experience in reviewing Interface Design, Application Code with best practices
  • Well versed with Performance tuning of end-end Integration interfaces
  • Well versed with Integration Architecture and Troubleshooting for design, development and performance bottlenecks
  • Expertise in designing, developing REST and SOAP based services with best practices
  • Experience with Integration Databases, SAP, , SFTP HTTP/S API's and MQ's
  • Strong experience in implementing On Premise, Cloud, and Hybrid integrations
  • Implementation experience on enterprise integration design patterns, API led connectivity, Pub-sub design pattern and Batch integrations
  • Experience with working on CI/CD toolsets such as Jenkins, Github, Nexus and Deployments
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess good presentation skills.
