Position Overview
Responsible for the design, development, management and effective deployment of a Global Employee Core Lifecycle learning curriculum which reflects region specific nuances for ongoing design requirement. To work closely with Global Talent Development, People IT, People Operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure regional needs are discovered and delivered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain curriculum to support managers of people and People team to seamlessly implement our Core Employee Lifecycle processes. · Develop and maintain delivery mechanisms to best support our diverse global end users and learners including corporate, distribution center and retail across North America, EMEA & Asia Pacific. · Drive to and end to end process oriented approach - seamlessly intertwining content across systems and functional areas to align to the real-life experience of employees and people managers · Continuously update materials for training on Employee Core Lifecycle Processes to reflect changes in process and new releases · Analyze the global and regional needs by engaging with the People Operations Leads, People IT team and Global Talent Development Team, and regional stakeholders ensure feedback is reflected in the training plan, approach, content, and schedule · Review current process, offering and materials and continuously identify opportunities of improving the training workstream, training plan and approach · Develop and update learning content based on the training plan, solution changes (e.g., new design requirements, Workday rollouts) and offline business processes related to the core employee lifecycle processes · Continuously support the development, implementation and evaluation of training curriculum, process flows, support materials and employee communication. · Deliver Train the Trainer sessions when need arises · Engage in weekly change management meetings to ensure timeliness of tasks to manage training milestones, provide updates, discuss challenges / roadblocks / risks, highlight dependencies, etc. · Ability to work with third party vendors on all translation needs Act as an Administrator for the Workday Learning Hub

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Experience in developing Global Employee HCM Lifecycle specific learning in a corporate, DC, retail or hospitality environment · Experience with Articulate Suite or other Digital Learning Creation Platforms · Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of creating digital and blended learning · Experience in a fast-paced learning team · Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills · Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities · Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner; seen as a strategic partner · Able to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture · Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and customer service skills · Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy · Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively as a part of large and small teams · Strong computer skills: SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, Workday Learning (or other) learning management system · Knowledge of Workday HCM or other HRIS systems · Willingness to accept feedback and iterate to improve process or product · Champions diversity and inclusion - in all forms and across all dimensions · Create a culture of trust, collaboration, communication, and respect · Embodies the Ralph Lauren Success Drivers
