This position is responsible to provide vision, leadership, and direction to the Finance team responsible for the Technology, Supply Chain and Sourcing annual operating plans, ongoing forecasts of business performance, management reporting of business and results, and other projects, reports, and initiatives. This position will be instrumental in developing and monitoring financial modeling of future fulfillment concepts, capital budgets and expenses. This position also plays a key role in the Strategic Planning process as finance partner to the Chief Digital Officer.

  • Leads the annual operating and capital budgeting process for the Technology, Supply Chain and Sourcing organizations in coordination with brands and department head leaders.
  • Key contributor in collaborating and leading the company's Technology, Supply Chain and Sourcing Strategic Planning process, including financial modeling and on-going risk assessment.
  • Conducts on-going evaluation, measurement, and analysis of Technology, Supply Chain and Sourcing Strategic Initiatives.
  • Responsible for the weekly and monthly forecasting process to provide timely and accurate information to senior management.
  • Provides analysis and insight to the Technology, Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to aid in the development and execution of Operational plans.
  • Develops and enhances monthly senior management reporting to aid in decision making including supplier scorecards, MBR's, and itemized landed cost.
  • Leads key business projects to drive continuous improvement of data management, expense control and operational performance metrics. Includes standardizing and streamlining financial and operational processes.
  • Develops an effective means of communicating priorities and project status cross-functionally; and ensures appropriate follow through and resolution.
  • Accommodates various ad hoc requests from senior management.

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or related field from an accredited institution (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in financial modeling including planning, budgeting, reporting and forecasting in the retail industry with a public company with a proven track record
  • Ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability in dealing with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ambitious, assertive, confident, and motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
