About the Role

What You'll Do

* Understands business and legal requirements and able to translate into system configuration
* Executes configuration requirements
* Manage implementation of new absence plans such as, but not limited to, Vacation, Paid Sick Leave and Leaves of Absence, globally.
* Builds test conditions, validate conditions and provides feedback on testing, for US Absence programs.
* Establishing frameworks for program teams and business partners to test in non US locations for Absence programs.
* Understands how systems integrations work together and look for opportunities to simplify
* Identify and resolve highly complex data errors and discrepancies.
* Primary contact for Absence systems issues globally.
* Support as needed for Benefits Systems support.

Who You Are

* Able to handle highly sensitive PII data with confidentiality and integrity, exercise appropriate judgment
* Strong knowledge of Workday Absence Module, data transfers including time and attendance feeds and payroll , bridges and applications, creating reports.
* Workday experience/knowledge in multiple countries.
* Systems analysis - able to determine how a system should work and how changes in Gap Tech, operations and environment will affect outcomes.
* Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset with strong partnership and collaborative skills
* Strong systems thinking and analytical skills
*Ability to create reports within Workday
* Work collaboratively with business partners to resolve system and data issues.
* Strong communications skills to communicate complex system concerns and features with stakeholders including internal and external.
* Ability to manage competing projects.
