The Senior Visual Communication Manager supports the VP of Global Visual Communication and Visual Merchandising, while managing all NA Wholesale Visual Communication. This role will work closely with Key Merchant, Sales and Field Team members to lead projects as it relates to seasonal direction and initiatives. This candidate will have a lead role in all digital initiatives that relate to visual execution.

  • Global VM & Windows App - North America Admin - Manage NA content on the app for all channels of Business for North America Wholesale and Retail
  • Partner with Global team on capabilities and functionality of Global VM & Windows app for NA users
  • Virtual Market / Event Platform Development - North America Admin - Create NA Wholesale Train-the-Trainer and Virtual Market event platform
  • Strong knowledge of all back-end systems/platforms that are utilized for Visual Communication
  • Partner with Global communication team/Creative Services on assets that may be levered for NA
  • Lead Visual Communication projects for all NA wholesale and licensing divisions
  • Initial sign off on all visual communication that is disseminated on behalf of Creative Services for North America Wholesale prior to passing to VP of Global Visual Communication
  • Lead meetings with Visual Merchandising and Field Teams to capture the seasonal message and creative planning objectives
  • Oversee the creation of supplements and directives for executive review and field distribution
  • Project key dates and milestones to align with NA central calendar to meet deliverables

  • College degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Retail, Visual or Project Managing
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
  • Professional demeanor and proactive approach
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Microsoft Professional Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Responsible for the day-to-day decisions of strategic creative planning projects. Setting the expectations and deadlines for all departments involved and leading the project until completion
