Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-famous luxury brand and make an impact on the global stage. Your role is to provide effective support to the EMEA Talent Development Team by supporting the administration, maintenance and delivery of learning projects. Through your daily tasks you will communicate and collaborate with our corporate offices and retail stores across EMEA, as well as our Talent Development teams in North America and Asia Pacific. This role embraces hybrid working - a balance of remote working and Watford head office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Support the Talent Development Team in the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the delivery of training programmes and projects
* Act as the first line for the Talent Development mailbox, ensuring that emails are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion and forwarding/escalating requests as appropriate
* Perform regular learning management system admin tasks including:
* Creating ad hoc project and completion reports using data from our learning system (Workday Learning)
* Uploading/updating course details, materials and eLearning
* Recording attendance at courses and events
* Collating, recording and analysing feedback
* Training and support will be provided to give you every opportunity to succeed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
WHO YOU ARE
* An energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Display excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Have a willingness and ability to learn new skills
* Have experience with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel (e.g. formulas/pivot tables)
* Be professional and courteous at all times as a key member of the Talent Development Team
