The Senior Manager of Retail Operationsleads the strategic planning, optimization and executionof retail operations. This role reports to and collaborates with Director of Retail Operations and collaborates to identify, plan and execute operational policy, procedure and practice that optimize retail operations and support company strategy.

The Senior Manager of Retail Operationsleads the strategic planning, optimization and executionof retail operations. This role reports to and collaborates with Director of Retail Operations and collaborates to identify, plan and execute operational policy, procedure and practice that optimize retail operations and support company strategy.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the planning, development, refinement and execution of retail initiatives that support company strategy and continuous retail excellence
- Responsible for driving and maximizing retail sales and profitability performance through efficiency and resource optimization for continuous operational improvement
- Collaborates with store executives / leaders and cross functional corporate partners to identify, plan and solution operational excellence opportunities (process improvements, execution gaps, inefficiencies, etc.)
- Leads direct and indirect reports to deliver efficient and seamless execution of retail operations
- Leads the creation, development and routine evaluation of policies, procedures and practices that maximize company profitability through corporate and stores labor efficiency and execution excellence
- Promotes a customer centric culture of results-oriented performance in stores and through corporate cross functional relationships
- Act as key cross functional business partner and collaborator that leads the development and implementation of initiatives and KPI's that deliver company strategy
- Coach and motivate direct and indirect reports at varying levels to ensure delivery of exceptional performance and results.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key operational performance metrics to drive performance, focus, and improvement
- Serve as a stores expert to consult and advise stakeholders in the development and execution of initiatives that have store impact or consequence
- Manages team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks to maintain operational excellence
- Approximately 25% of work time is physically in store or facility locations
- 10+ years of store operations experience
- 5+ years of stores / field leadership experience
- 4-Year Degree Preferred
- Strong history of driving results and performance through indirect reports
- Strong ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus and support for improvement opportunities
- Adept at identifying operational improvement opportunities and working with others to generate and implement solutions
- Strong ability to influence without authority and drive change across multiple functions in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong facilitation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments at once and shift work based on business needs
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Travel Requirement: up to 25%
