To ensure best possible visibility of HUGO BOSS' collections and global initiatives in the Nordic media and influencer landscape within the given framework and timeline.

What you can expect:

• Sample management and registration on Launchmetrics of seasonal collections
• Assist the PR Coordinator to handle collection loans for both influencers, VIPS and media using Fashion GPS
• Compiling coverage reports for Norway, Sweden and Denmark
• Supporting press events where necessary
• Assist the PR Coordinator to maintain and update image bank Vocast
• Pack up sample collections to be sent to agencies in Sweden and Norway, creating proformas where necessary
• Assist manager in adhoc tasks
• Ensure the PR showroom looks presentable and is organised at all times
