This is a great opportunity to join a high-end talent management agency
during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to business proprietors &
external accountant / Finance Director; Responsibilities include, not
limited to, UK and GMBH offices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
· UK VAT Returns - review and submission
· GMBH VAT Returns - provide monthly requirements for local
· UK Payroll
· GMBH Payroll - provide monthly requirements for local accountant
· Maintaining Fixed Assets & Pre-Payments records, creating and
posting monthly journals
· Balance sheet including intercompany reconciliations, posting of
adjustment journals including accruals and prepayments
· Maintaining Fixed Assets & Pre-Payments records, creating and
posting monthly journals
· Maintain finance control and processes and integration with other
business systems
· Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts
· Prepare working schedules for yearend accounts
· Budgeting

Production Accounting:

· Managing Database to ensure jobs are closed out with timely
billing of all productions undertaken through the company,
· Update and reconcile actual production expenditure in the systems
and produce final invoice and job wrap report.
· Liaising with Producer’s and agents to ensure accuracy of final
expense breakdown
· Perform regular WIP reconciliations
· Produce monthly Artist's statements

· Support to accounts assistant including training
· Ad hoc additional support to proprietors
· Ad-hoc reporting as requested

· Work experience in artist representation agency would be highly
· 1+ years of experience as a Management Accountant or similar
· Minimum of 2 years in accounting.
· Degree or qualified by experience in accounting / finance.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks in order to
meet tight deadlines in fast paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills to clearly
communicate to all staff and management levels.
· Meticulous

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Knowledge of Xero is a plus.
