About the Role

The Senior Manager for Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence (CoE) will be responsible for driving, developing, and achieving key goals and objectives across Strategic Sourcing in support of our maturity roadmap. Collaborate with internal/external Business Partners, and leverage market expertise to drive education and discipline across key business processes, promote best practices, and lead ongoing programs of work that will drive the Sourcing organization to best in class. Identify and prioritize new opportunities for accelerating the value contribution of the Sourcing organization through focus on partnerships, process excellence, data analysis and innovation.This role is instrumental in developing, influencing, and improving our sourcing capabilities aligned with best practices in talent development, technology, and sourcing excellence. The Sr. Manager will manage COE strategy, requirements, and performance of our external co-sourcing relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Strategic Sourcing organization towards Best in Class. Own critical work in evolving sourcing tools, processes, and capabilities. Programs focused on CLM, Supplier Risk Management and Strategy Development.
  • Continuous Improvement champion: Set process baselines and utilize CI methods to create and execute a prioritized plan for improvement, documentation, and training.
  • Leverage influencing skillsto drive and iterate CoE roadmap and align objectives and targets with stakeholders, including senior leadership. Collaborate to bring in team perspectives and deliver shared outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent pulse on sourcing best practices, leverage industry experts, associations, peers and stakeholders to identify and benchmark best practices.
  • Lead key centralized processes in support of Sourcing Leadership and cross functional partnerships such as onboarding/training, all-hands meetings, business training and strategic reporting/auditing, etc.
  • Prioritize initiatives and ensure the pipeline progresses with a sense of urgency, while managing coordination and alignment of the initiatives in flight within the procurement organization.


Who You Are

  • 5-7 years' experience in management consulting, strategic sourcing, and or supply chain.
  • 3+ years in a leadership position with a track record of development, engagement, and retention.
  • Process Improvement expertise (Six Sigma a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead others to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable results. Ability to achieve strategic and tactical results in parallel.
  • Change management experience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision-making.
