Digital Marketing Manager
About the role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical part in leading the digital growth of Merchants on Long and Okapi. You will be responsible for managing and planning the social channels, optimising SEO, monitoring the analytics and managing social advertising.
The successful candidate will be both tactical and creative, with a keen understanding of online brand marketing, alongside planning and communicating brand strategies through digital channels to drive strong revenue growth.
The role will cover:
Implementing a creative and engaging digital marketing strategy to build awareness around Okapi and Merchants on Long’s strong brand values.
Overseeing content strategy for all uses such as editorial, website, social media, and newsletters.
Work with e-commerce manager to plan newsletters and website content.
Arrange and implement digital campaigns including paid socials.
Creating the email marketing strategy and producing the emails.
Social media management, defining strategies per social media channel that drive the growth of social media engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately traffic to the website through organic and paid social media.
Analysing Shopify and Google analytics and reporting on insights.
Being incredibly articulate with strong copywriting skills.
To apply for the role, you will need to have the following skills:
Must have broad marketing and digital marketing experience within the luxury, premium, or high-end fashion and lifestyle sector.
3-5+ years of related digital marketing and brand marketing experience.
Experience in digital marketing software – Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Business Manager is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment that requires you to multitask and pivot directions when necessary.
Highly organised with the ability to drive high-level strategic thinking while also rolling up your sleeves to get the job done with a focus on execution and issue resolution.
A detail-oriented, operationally minded thinker who understands e-commerce and customer behaviour.
