The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We are looking for an Event Manager (m/f/x). As the lead of the team you drive the development and implementation of corporate events in our PVH Region West. You are a key partner to different stakeholders within the company and position PVH as an attractive employer brand by implementing corporate events. Developing our event strategy and identifying additional & new innovative ideas are measuring the success of our work.

A day in the life of an Event Manager (m/f/x) Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein:
  • You will lead the team in terms of conception, organization and implementation of associate and corporate events for our PVH Region West (DACH & Eastern European Countries)
  • You will develop an annual event calendar and strategy
  • You will be responsible for the budget planning and controlling of all events
  • You will expand further (new) internal events as well as existing event formats
  • You will cooperate and coordinate with our Global Headquarter in Amsterdam
  • You will adapt and roll-out Global Internal Events to our PVH Region West
  • You will manage external suppliers like service partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
  • You will track all event activities with respective KPI's (for example social media value)
  • You will set up recaps and presentations representing the event outcome
  • You will observe the market development and constantly look for new opportunities


What do we need from you? You have:
  • A University degree in Event Marketing, Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration or a comparable education
  • At least 5 years professional experience in Event Marketing or Event Management in a company or agency
  • Strong language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Pragmatism, creativity and flexibility as well as strong project management and organization skills
  • A creative and innovative driven mind-set
  • A solution-oriented and precise working method
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
