Position Overview
Design Associate,Men's POLO Sweaters. Will assist in daily functions through line completion and stock production . A hybrid schedule 2 days a week in the office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Senior Design and designer in researching silhouettes, patterns, and textures. Create handoff paperwork, pull inspirational images, create flats and detail sketches. Mantain and update our seasonal design boards in Adobe XD. Research our RL archives. Create techpacks and upload images to PLM Work with technical design team on specs. Attend fittings. Match yarns for patterns from our yarn storage, and send these together with graphs and paperwork to knitters to develop swatches. Assist in communication with overseas teams. Build a trim library. General administrative tasks, such as office organization of our paper work and samples/ swatches.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in PLM, Adobe AI, PS, and XD, Microsoft Office , Excel, TEAMS and ZOOM. General yarn, knitting and construction knowledge. Understanding of how to create a tech pack. Fashion Industry experience. #LI-CE1
