This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are a creative problem solver with a great attention to detail. You're resourceful and collaborative with different areas of the business, with a great deal of visibility to upper management which requires a significant level of stakeholder management. You will support the goals and objectives of the business channels and support functions through financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You will..
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and related budgets
  • Identify areas for cost optimization within the business
  • Risks and opportunities assessment
  • Budget development, monthly reporting, strategic KPIs development and reporting, ROI analysis, and ad hoc projects
  • Evaluate impact of strategic business initiatives and track success post implementation
  • Develop models to assess KPIs for the spend to inform investment strategies
  • Partner with accounting during the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
  • Clear and strong presentation skills including verbal and materials - should be "executive ready"
  • Support the career development and progression of direct report
  • Foster an environment of great team work and learning dedicated to exhibiting the company values and building a rewarding career for them


To Land This Role:
  • 6+ years of finance related experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Ability to manage a direct report
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to deal with range of issues both financial and non-financial
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledgeable with PowerPoint and Word
  • SAP/BPC experience a plus
