Position Summary:

The International Trade Compliance Coordinator will provide assistance in the management of PVH's export & import operations programs, including PVH Duty Drawback program. The individual is responsible for oversight of the accuracy of export & import documentation submitted by PVH suppliers, including brokers on PVH's behalf. Duties can also include processing of PVH courier shipments and specialty shipments customs handlings. The coordinator will assist in supporting the facilitation of compliant, reliable, efficient & expedient import and export movement of goods.

Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

  • Manage daily requests for information for entry processing in a timely and accurate manner for Company shipments

  • Serve as a company contact with internal stakeholders and external service providers including our customs brokers, freight forwarders and government agencies

  • Assist in monitoring entry corrections, customs entry concerns

  • Effectively communicate compliance requirements and impact to both internally and external partners.

  • Support international import/export program to include screenings and preparation of necessary export documents

  • Conduct periodic audits consistent with company policy to ensure customs entry accuracy, timely closure of post-entry corrections, and completeness of all record-keeping requirements.

  • Support other International Logistics and Trade Compliance team initiatives, as necessary

  • Other special projects or additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience or minimum one year experience with a degree in Supply Chain Management


  • Bachelor's Degree Required


  • Experience in the customs & international trade industry

  • Policy & procedure development

  • Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office Word and Excel

  • One Source (Thomson Reuters)

  • SAP

  • Nexus (Infor.)
