OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Analytics Manager with focus on strategy and business development. The Manager will be a key partner to the digital leadership and the strategic planning team. Driving a data-informed and decision-making approach to shape the 1-3 year vision for Digital Direct, touching structural development, optimisation and new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead a data-informed approach in Digital strategic planning efforts
    • Enable key governance milestones with leadership
    • Prioritise and report key business & consumer needs
    • Identify and unlock business development opportunities
    • Coordinate data and tools with partners across the group
    • Assess pilot programs with early-stage products and business models
    • Be an expert on the market and competition


WHO YOU ARE

    • Brand-side ecommerce/digital strategy experience with a user-centric mindset
    • Good understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs
    • Strong international stakeholder management
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
    • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
