OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Marketplaces & Connected Inventory Director, responsible to set and deliver against revenue/margin targets in line with the brand's Digital vision by overseeing planning, buying, marketing, in-season management, partner relationship and team management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead vision and strategic planning
    • Setup and drive governance process across functions
    • Seek buy-in from brands and partner teams
    • Manage relationships and negotiations with partners
    • Prioritise and report key business & consumer needs
    • Identify and unlock business development opportunities
    • Unlock and leverage the group's specialist resources beyond direct team
    • Be an expert on market and competition and act as a leader within the company


WHO ARE YOU

    • Brand-side ecommerce/digital strategy experience
    • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs with a user-centric mindset
    • Excellent international stakeholder management
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Excellent teamwork, communication and management skills
    • Proven experience in working closely with technical teams
    • Vendor/partnership and project/program management
    • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
    • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
