We're looking for a Specialist Celebrity Relations (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative criteria for the Entertainment Relations team including timely submission, tracking & payment of invoices and talent contracts, gifting & hospitality reporting, monthly tax declarations. Management of the centralized Ents Rel budget (in partnership with the Director of Entertainment Relations)
  • Maintain the Entertainment Relations sample closet, tracking and logging all samples seasonally and managing global sample traffic & shipments. Oversee sample orders for the Ents Rel team across all product categories, fashion & licensees - including gifting & seeding
  • Manage travel bookings, logistics and handling for celebrity guests and their representatives attending Hugo Boss events, campaign shoots and activations - including HMU, hotels, gifting & hospitality, photographers and tailoring teams (whenever necessary)
  • Creating and send out press releases to international PR teams and national media and provide the HUGO BOSS AG social media team with all details
  • Ensure all required approvals for paid social media activations are communicated to VIPs and their representatives in a timely fashion
  • Support the global team with remotely coordinating VIP fittings and store pulls as needed
  • Assist the team with compiling talent suggestions for events, campaign casting and product launches
  • Drive, track and report on KPI's across all dressing, brand initiatives and campaigns for the Ents Relations team
  • Measure ROI and impressions across initiatives in order to gauge success and inform future initiatives
  • Maintain the international Entertainment Relations calendar to include all relevant annual events
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all teams and departments across the business


Your profile:

  • Communication apprenticeship or BA or MA studies / graduate degree or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 4 years working experience with strong admin background. Working experience in Fashion, Public Relations, Booking or Talent Agency is a plus
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • personal initiative, open and professional manner
  • organized and structured thinking and action, ability to work in a team, reliability and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • A keen awareness of popular culture, social media and the Entertainment Industry is a plus
