PURPOSE: The role will be focused on executing the social media strategy, primarily responsible for audience and engagement growth across all channels to drive sales and brand awareness by leading the development and execution of best-in-class social strategies and social marketing campaigns


  • Keeping your ear to the ground on emerging trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and community building
  • Handle Community Management by monitoring and responding to conversations with customers on each social channel, respective of brand messaging
  • Plan, publish and optimise the social media content calendar working closely with global markets to ensure alignment with digital marketing objectives and brand storytelling
  • Best in class social design execution of established creative direction to visually create Instagram Stories, Reels, TikToks and more.
  • Working closely with the digital marketing agency and exec to ensure that the organic and paid social strategy is aligned.


  • You will have over 3 years experience in social media, a strategic and analytical thinker able to interpret data into meaningful insights. 
  • A strong understanding of all platform metrics and management tools
  • Experience of working with agencies on paid activity and optimisation
  • A comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape and a proven track record of optimising content and building and engaging with communities.

This role is a mix of office based (London) and remote working. We will expect the employee to come into the office regularly for face-to-face meetings and to work alongside their team on collaborative projects.
