Position Overview
This position will report to Head of Global Sourcing Expansion & Quality Assurance APAC. The QA Data Analytic Manager will be the focal point for translating the data into meaningful insights to support Global & Regional business decisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Lead data analysts from APAC to leverage quality assurance-related data processing and visualization tools; organize the data, and communicate clearly and effectively on all findings
* Provides meaningful and actionable insights to QA leadership team thorough QA data analysis to support on-going strategic planning, various initiatives, business decisions and long-range business plan
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, transform and standardized data in a multi-system environment through integrated BI solutions
* Extract critical data points for the purpose of developing analysis and reporting capabilities; and continuously monitoring performance to identify improvements to ensure ongoing business intelligence, data accuracy, improved quality performance and globally aligned process validation at the associate and vendor/factory level.
* Build technical data to evaluate suppliers' technical capabilities; re-examine, monitor, and revise suppliers' score systems into new calculation methodology align with company yearly goals and evaluation standards
* Management of and ongoing administration of visual mapping of factory and associate locations across divisions to enable appropriate workload allocation and rotation
* Knowledge to transfer Production Excel Data to Power BI (Automatic Data Analytics)
* Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or patterns in complex data sets
* Recommends actions for continuously improve processes & operational practices by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
* Lead and coordinate ad hoc assignments, projects, and distribution of reporting as defined

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Degree holder in Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Relevant working experience in the Quality Assurance/Auditing field
* An analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
* Advanced abilities in identifying and compiling data sets using a variety of tools, such as Python, SQL, VBA, Access, or similar data manipulation tools
* Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, assertive and organized
* Committed to continuous learning and self-learning
* Demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
* Strong interpersonal skills; able to build effective relationship and influence key partners with all levels
