We are currently looking for a Head of Design Jersey (m/f/d) for leading the BOSS Menswear team.

What you can expect:

• Implementation of the design content from the seasonal concept to creative management for the responsible categories
• Thematic and qualitative realization of the seasonal collection trends and market needs, taking into consideration the color palettes, materials, prints and key silhouettes
• Responsible for the alignment of product ranges across all categories
• Responsible for the realization and creative input into the collection framework plan with regards to trend direction, complexity, price structure, quality, timing, and margin, ensuring all channel needs are taken into consideration
• Strategic implementation to shape the product range and create new opportunities for growth and incremental sales
• Benchmark analysis of key competitors and strategic implementation into collections as w
• Leading the design team; ensuring there is collaboration and alignment with all interfaces (e.g. External Suppliers, Brand Management, Sales, Operations and Marketing)
• Execution and presentation of seasonal collections at International Sales Meetings/KÜ, educating the international sales teams on all new trends and innovation for the season

Your profile:

• Minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience in Creative Management
• Design and Leadership experience in the fashion industry
• Knowledge of business administration
• Creative vision and enthusiasm for innovation with an understanding of commerciality
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong leadership skills in guiding and coaching a team
• Eagerness to constantly learn, grow and stimulate innovation
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, German is a plus
