We are looking for an ambitious PR Manager who will own the day-to-day execution of the PR and social media activity for the brand. You will be expected to use your experience and initiative to build and maintain brand presence through targeted PR outreach, influencer relationships, events and communications across all social media channels.

 

PR:

• Proactive PR outreach to press and content creators on a weekly basis.

• Send seasonal press releases.

• Lead press activity surrounding all key brand moments, campaign launches, events and partnerships in an effort to maintain and build awareness, drive traffic and grow business.

• Increase coverage of brand initiatives and founder's profile.

• Manage all press call ins, lending and gifting strategy.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with press.

• Develop and execute our ambassador programmes to increase brand awareness, brand loyalty and sales in key growth markets.

• Form key relationships with content creators across social media platforms to maintain brand awareness and sales.

• Creation of weekly and monthly coverage reports (covering traditional press coverage as well as social media collaborations).

• Manage our affiliate network strategy, executing campaigns in line with content calendar and securing regular communications with key partners.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Responsible for all social content delivery across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), scheduling posts and stories across all accounts.

• Build and manage affiliate relationships to the optimal standard.

• Community management across our Instagram channel engaging with comments and reposting tagged content.

• Develop innovative social content across organic channels to drive engagement and sales.

• Drive more video content on our platforms. Managing them from ideation to creation in collaboration with the Print and Graphic Designer.

• Understanding of various social channel metrics, data and analysis and reporting findings to Head of Ecommerce.

• Keep updated with industry trends and developments.

• Manage our affiliate network strategy, executing campaigns in line with content calendar and securing regular communications with key partners.

 

Who You Are:

We are a small team, so you must be proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a fashion business.

• An understanding of the luxury market.

• Knowledge of leading social media trends and techniques and an interest in creative innovation across key channels including Instagram and TikTok.

• Excellent relationship builder and confident in managing PR relationships.

• Experience in social content publishing.

• Experience in affiliate marketing, specifically Rakuten, preferred.

• Experience managing a brand content calendar.

• Proven experience of integrated brand campaigns, partnerships and activations.

• Analytical, and able to interpret data to spot trends and make informed decisions with the support of Head of Ecommerce.

• Positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proactive in your approach and take initiative, leveraging and learning from successes and challenges.

• Problem solver and a forward thinker.

• Excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities.
