Job Details

£20k - £22k

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support with all product and lookbook launches across our global eCommerce channels, inline with our content calendar, ensuring all assets are delivered, uploaded and optimised. 
  • Assist eCommerce Manager with content updates on all our global stores using Shopify Plus.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the websites, which includes updating information and maintaining the optimisation of the brand's eCommerce platform. 
  • Responsible for site maintenance and hygiene, regularly checking copy, testing links and raising tickets with our external agency for site fixes.
  • Attend in-house product training and support eCommerce Manager with writing the product descriptions for each seasonal collection. 
  • Ensure all onsite content is up to date, including but not limited to blog posts, product imagery, homepage assets, Facebook and Pinterest albums etc.
  • Generate, test and update all promotional codes.
  • Work closely with Customer Care team and assist with any customer issues where required.
  • Keep up to date with eCommerce trends and user journey to constantly provide ideas to optimise customer experience.
  • Assist the eCommerce Manager with site merchandising activities as required.
  • Complete weekly site walks and make recommendations for improvement to onsite journey.
  • Work closely with our external agency and website developers to ensure smooth running of the website.
  • Support with the generation of weekly reports using Google Analytics and preparing results to share with Management.
  • Undertake all diary management for the eCommerce team.
  • Frequently ensure all pages are up to date.
  • Support with all administration for the eCommerce team.
  • Support the eCommerce Manager with executing the eCommerce strategy and meeting department KPI's.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must have previous experience working within an office environment.
  • A basic understanding of all key digital channels and their importance to a fashion business.
  • Previous use of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo and Google Analytics would be advantageous but not essential. 
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded, digitally savvy.
  • Friendly and personable, with a can-do and consistent attitude.
  • Comfortable using an Apple Mac computer.
