Job Title: Manager, Global Visual Store Experience Creative Production

Primary Purpose:

To oversee and manage all aspects of the Global Visual Store Experience Creative Production pipeline (development through execution) for Kate Spade Full Price channel. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will interact with cross-functional partners to ensure that Kate Spade's global environment standards are continuously elevated. The position reports to the Sr. Manager of Visual Store Experience Production, based in New York.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in VSE Production to...

  • Manage and execute seasonal Global VSE Creative Production prototyping process & approval, inclusive of 3D and 2D production.
  • Manage and execute 3D production for Kate Spade Global Mainline VSE Creative Production programs, supporting and partnering with all regional Visual teams and external vendors.
  • Manage and execute 2D production & installations for Kate Spade North America Mainline VSE Creative Production programs, in partnership with the NA Production Associate, regional field Visual teams, and external vendors
  • Manage & execute pertinent contracts and agreements with external vendors, in partnership with Tapestry Global Procurement and Legal teams.
  • Manage shipping and logistics for Kate Spade North America Mainline VSE Creative Production programs, in partnership with internal and external partners. Inclusive of international shipping & documentation, customs clearance, domestic shipping.
  • Partner with regional Visual and Merchandising teams to understand business needs and support requests in a timely manner.
  • Source and manage global and local suppliers to produce and install seasonal programs, ensuring quality standards are exceeded.
  • Travel to stores and vendors to check fabrication as required.
  • Responsible for the management of bids, order placement, budget management, purchase ordering, and invoice management.
  • Complete yearly Annual Operating Plan to forecast and manage the VM budget for Mainline VSE Creative Production programs
  • Manage schedule of creative rotation with internal stakeholders, stores, and external suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional departments such as marketing, merchandising, retail operations, and field, logistics with regular meetings to discuss and review project status

  • BA or BS with a minimum of 5+ years' VM Production, or similar field (i.e store design, experiential design)


  • Proficiency to read floor plans, CAD drawings
  • A demonstrated knowledge of materials and cutting-edge production techniques
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
