Senior Analyst - Information Security - Tapestry Inc.

The Senior Analyst, Information Security will play an integral part in supporting the Cloud Security, Incident Response, E-Discovery, Endpoint Security and supporting other Information Security initiatives across the global enterprise. The candidate will be responsible for supporting incident investigations and responding to security alerts globally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and security background with strong understanding of Operating Systems & Networks; mainly identifying, managing and reducing vulnerabilities impacting the infrastructure. The individual must be hands-on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast-paced small-team environment.

Responsibilities & Key Focus Areas:
  • Management of the following security solutions:
    • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Tools (i.e., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black)
    • Cloud Security Tools (i.e., Orca, Dome9)
    • Network Security Tools (i.e., ZScaler, Fortinet
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Tools (i.e., CrowdStrike, ForcePoint, ZScaler)
    • CASB Tools (i.e., ZScaler)
    • E-Discovery Tools
  • Ability to work closely with other Information Technology teams to further tweak and strengthen existing and new security policies.
  • Ability to work closely with Legal and Privacy teams to assist with privileged and confidential cases.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Provide regular service reporting for Senior Management to highlight key successes and identified failures and challenges to drive improvement.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and new 3rd party vendors with the sight of improving delivered security services.
  • Being a key member of the Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) with the ability to identify potential security incidents and the ability to manage security incidents.


Education and Mandatory Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in information security, especially in a security analyst role.
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following key areas:
    • Endpoint Detection & Response
    • Cloud Security & Compliance
    • E-Discovery
    • Network Security
    • Data Loss Prevention
  • Ability to work under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, flexible.
  • Highly organized and resourceful to work effectively with internal & external legal teams across different time zones.
  • Able to quickly understand complex problems and able to solve them in a methodical manner.


Desirable :
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Relevant academic or industry qualifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA.
  • Passionate about Information Security - keeping up to date with Information Security news / trends.
