Primary Purpose: Acquire new targeted customer and strengthen brand engagement through Paid Social/Digital Ad and Social Organic owned media. Develop strategic plan based on the branding / marketing strategy, execute the amplification plan, and achieve the result.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media (earned and owned) initiatives with responsibility for building and executing wholistic social planning and strategies

Paid Social/Digital Ad
  • Develop social/digital ad plan based on 360 marketing strategy, and execute social/digital ad based on clear objective and KPI setting
  • Well understand global strategy deck and communicate with global team about asset requests in English
  • Manage global assets with global social/creative team, and internal cross functional teams on timely manner
  • Execute social/digital ad operational wok for creating brief/order sheet, confirming to global, agency, and related internal cross functional teams
  • Keep watching the executing social ad performance
  • Preparing ad-hoc quick number result repot, and monthly report on social marketing efforts
  • Analyze the social/digital ad performance and results on each promotion, find out win/opportunity, and proceed PDCA cycle for next social ad promotion

Social Organic
  • Manage owned social organic accounts: LINE, Instagram, Facebook
  • Develop social media content plans that are consistent with brand identity and 360 marketing strategy
  • Well understand global strategy deck and communicate with global team about assets requests in English
  • Manage global campaign assets with global social/creative teams as same as social ads
  • Create brief for each promotion and coordinate the preparation for postings with global social/creative teams, agency, internal cross functional teams on timely manner
  • Manage high volume of social operations
  • Analyze each promotion results monthly basis, find out win/opportunity, and reflect on next social organic planning as PDCA cycle
  • Staying up to date on best practices of competitors/market up-coming social trends proactively, and always consider new promotion ideas


  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong written skills in both Japanese and English. Preferred strong oral and communication in both Japanese and English
  • Minimum 3 years or more of social media/ branding marketing business experience, including planning and managing content in prestige/luxury brands, retail, consumer goods or agency setting
  • Experience using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social platforms of LINE, Instagram, Facebook
  • High level of business presentation and analysis material creation skill by Power Point and Excel
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility for fast-paced changing business direction
  • Project management skill to collaborate with cross functional teams
