Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Business Solutions, SAP Order to Cash

(US - Remote or in North Bergen, NJ)

Primary Purpose: This role will report to the Manager, Business Solutions, SAP Order to Cash, and will work primarily with the Business and IT organizations to deliver SAP solutions that support business objectives. The Sr. Analyst, Business Solutions will play a key role in connecting IT to the Business, identifying optimal technology solutions, and supporting projects and initiatives from planning to delivery in North America, Asia, and Europe.

Responsibilities:
  • Support initiatives in the area of Order to Cash, including SAP integrations with external systems
  • Operate as a functional lead analyst for SAP S/4 Order to Cash (OTC), with proficient knowledge of integrations with upstream and downstream modules such as FTP (MM) and RTR (FI)
  • Apply expertise to deliver solutions in Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce order management, and inventory control functions
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into systems solutions
  • Develop functional specifications for internal development needs as well as system integrations, and provide technical guidance for developers
  • Complete system configuration, prepare for and conduct system testing, and coordinate user testing
  • Prepare documentation, and administer systems and user training
  • Operationalize solutions through hyper-care, and transition to support teams
  • Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards, audit and change management
  • Research new system functionalities and applications, to help identify improvements for the existing business architecture


The accomplished individual will possess:
  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC as a functional analyst
  • Knowledge of the S/4 Fashion SAP solution
  • Strong Knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution area functions relevant to the SAP Retail Business processes including Wholesale, Ecommerce and Retail channels
  • In depth knowledge of end to end OTC processes areas including Order Management, Price determination, Order fulfillment and Shipping, Invoice Management, Inventory segmentation and management, Credit Management, and Reporting
  • Experience designing and implementing SAP integrations with external EDI, OMS and WM systems
  • Has a global mindset and self-motivated, can operate independently, but report effectively
  • Good analytical skills, ability to solve complex issues
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across systems and business teams
  • Knowledge of technology trends, and application of this knowledge to existing business processes, especially in the OTC areas
  • Strong experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS office tools
  • Experience operating in a global SAP environment including collaboration with international teams and offshore models is preferred
  • Preferred skills and knowledge include EDI, BOP, Drop shipment models, Purchase to Order
  • Large scale SAP implementation and Retail industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation a plus
