The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...

  • Develop financial forecasts that accurately incorporate key business drivers and initiatives; Analyze and interpret variances to prior forecast, budget, and prior year. Explain key variances, business trends, and performance drivers
  • Assist in delivering accurate financial results by performing a comprehensive analysis of key expense line items.
  • Provide detailed analysis of accounting for month-end accruals for proper expense recognition
  • Prepare and distribute key month-end reporting to business partners
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly expense reviews with business partners to ensure financial targets are being achieved
  • Articulate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner
  • Work closely with all key KS Corporate Facilities and Global Visual teams to manage capital expenditures and apply appropriate accounting treatment
  • Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities to the plan
  • Aid with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects

  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics


An outstanding professional will have...

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of PBCS, and SAP HANA a plus
  • P&L Budgeting / Forecasting / Analysis experience preferred
  • Consumer Products / Retail experience a plus
