The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, exercise discretion and judgement; have a high attention to detail, extremely organized, friendly and a 'can do' attitude. The Manager will be an exceptional administrator in the events and hospitality field while being highly motivated to provide a superior experience for associates, Founder Relations and senior TH executive teams, and visiting VIPs to our NA corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, planning and production both leading up to and onsite for selected events
- Work with the PR, Celebrity & Wholesale teams to ensure various showrooms and meeting spaces are stocked and prepped with appropriate food, refreshments, cutlery, furniture arrangements, florals, candles and so forth, for meetings and events; order supplies so showrooms have adequate water, drinks, etc. handy at a moment's notice; ensure showroom locations are in orderly fashion and well-serviced to meet brand standards, both before and after meetings and events
- Fulfill all hospitality needs for top level TH Executives and VIPs (catering, flower ordering, special needs as requested)
- Organize external vendors for meetings and events (i.e. dress caterers, manage catering captain onsite)
- Actively research and review industry hospitality trends and best practices
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, invoice tracking, and quarterly event calendars
- Create, write and edit event concept decks, studio briefs, production schedules and timelines
- Organize and document all materials such as photos and videos from events & initiatives
- Conduct daily researching of competitor brands and compile monthly brand analysis report
- Develop weekly status reports and department presentations
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments on initiatives and event related projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including handling vendor negotiations
- Must be knowledgeable of the brand's history, its competitors, and current events
- Execute events according to budgetary allocations and identifies opportunities for cost savings
- Makes independent decisions supported by supervisors within assigned areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience, preferably in an event space and hospitality environment
- Conversational Spanish, a plus
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- Established relationships with external vendors
- Ability to maintain a professional and discreet attitude at all times; extremely organized and able to prioritize and pivot, reflective of urgent and developing priorities in the department
- Able to problem solve; self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations
- Work well autonomously, take ownership of tasks and be accountable
- Stellar customer service
- Ability to perform well in high stress situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written; able to take direction and make necessary actions in relation to the needs of the request
- Positive, friendly attitude, a must
- Knowledge of local vendors, restaurants, flower delivery, etc. Able to provide appropriate and brand-related suggestions for dining, entertainment, etc.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects
- Must adhere to deadlines

- Fluid environment with changing priorities
- Some lifting (50 pounds or less) required
- Ability to travel, when required
- Late and weekend hours as needed
- Experience with MS Suite and Keynote, a strong plus
- Experience with Excel for budget and timeline management

Pay Range: $72,000 - $97,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
