Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager. Reporting to the Head/VP of Sales, this role is responsible for driving operational processes, efficiencies and tools that enable go-to-market readiness for the European Sales Team. You will lead a team of 4-5 people and collaborate closely with other internal departments. This is a crucial back office support function for the Sales Team and which contributes to achieving key revenue targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will establish and drive multiple operational processes, efficiencies and tools which will ensure seasonal Go To Market readiness and enable the performance of the Sales Team.
    • You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Merchandising, Finance and Operations and will facilitate collaboration between these internal teams.
    • You will be a key source of information relating to sales operations.
    • You will manage and coach a team of 4-5 people and will lead the recruitment of new people into the Sales Operations team.
    • You will develop solutions to problems and continuously seek to implement improvements to processes and tools.


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have experience in a process or operational development role, ideally within sales or retail.
    • You have excellent communication skills and develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • You have experience leading and coaching a team.
    • You have a collaborative approach and are able to influence others to accomplish a shared goal.
    • You are proficient in Excel and have used sales related tools and software.
    • You are fluent in English.
    • You have experience in the sports retail industry (desirable but not essential).
