Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office


As Digital Product Manager, you are responsible to shape and lead the vision for the upcoming 2 years for the products in scope, in alignment with digital functional leaders and company leadership. You are responsible to drive and/or coordinate workstreams from ideation to results, by effectively and collaboratively leveraging the shared resources across the group and external vendors.


    • Own product strategic roadmap 2-years-out
    • Seek buy-in from extended teams
    • Coordinate extended teams' efforts towards results
    • Identify business and consumer needs (CX/UX research, analytics, internal research)
    • Identify and unlock business development opportunities
    • Unlock and leverage the group's specialist resources
    • Identify and manage partnership opportunities with external parties
    • Run pilot programs with early-stage products and business models
    • Drive engaging workshops with various stakeholders business/tech


    • Brand-side Ecommerce/digital strategy experience
    • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs
    • User-centric mindset
    • Excellent international stakeholder management
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Excellent project/program management skills
    • Strong communication skills with leadership
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven experience in working closely with technical teams
    • Proven vendor/partnership management experience
    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
    • Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
