OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

As Digital Product specialist, you will work closely with the Product Manager to shape and lead the vision for the upcoming 2 years for the products in scope, in alignment with digital functional leaders and company leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Seek alignment for product strategic roadmap 2-years-out (digital transformation)
    • Drive specific initiatives from the Digital strategic roadmap
    • Coordinate extended teams' efforts towards results
    • Seek buy-in from extended teams
    • Identify business and consumer needs (CX/UX research, analytics, internal research)
    • Unlock and leverage the group's specialist resources
    • Coordinate partnership with external parties
    • Run pilot programs with early-stage products and business models
    • Coordinate CX and market research
    • Drive engaging workshops with various stakeholders business/tech


WHO YOU ARE

    • Brand-side Ecommerce/digital strategy experience
    • Good understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs
    • User-centric mindset
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven international stakeholder management
    • Strong project/program management skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proven experience in working closely with technical teams
    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
    • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
