We are looking for a Global Project & Process Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global Merchandise Management department. A highly motivated team of expertswho, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them.

What you can expect:

  • Lead project workstreams or in dual leadership cross functional project teams to achieve defined project scopes / strategic goals, small to medium size projects initiated by GMP or supporting projects that have a major effect on merchandise processes
  • Manage Project Plans, Priorities and Scope within projects: constantly evaluate effort & benefit for the projects, manage quality and validate timeline
  • Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner, defining product vision, road-map and growth opportunities for the Merchandising Content Management tool
  • Managing of cross functional stakeholders throughout the project, create requirements and providing direction to the agile development team
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and working closely with the Product Manager
  • Cooperate with leadership throughout the project phases to ensure change is supported and successfully communicated top-down

Your profile:

  • Working experience as a Product Owner leading a product development
  • Ideally operational retail experience in the area of Merchandise Management - ideally Fashion Retail, high level knowledge of end-to-end retail merchandise processes, tools and relevant interfaces
  • Project Management (agile and waterfall methods) - advanced skills
  • Flexible and preferably experienced in multi-cultural project teams
  • High communication skills for all levels of stakeholders and support mentality towards internal customers
  • English - fluent
