About the Role

The L&D Specialist will will be responsible for developing and excuting WalkMe technology across the organization and supporting Salesforce Knowledge Management. This person will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on the user experience. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes, productivity, data integrity, process consistency, documentation and training for both WalkMe and Saleforce Knowledge Management.

What You'll Do

  • Understand strategic cascading objectives and assessing the correlated digital adoption challenges at the user behavior level
  • Partner with Business Owners and Business Analysts to continually measure and evaluate solution impact developed against KPIs set forth by the business
  • Analyze efficiency of Digital Adoption Programming operational model and recommend/implement adjustments to continually support and scale both WalkMe and Knowledge Management Programs
  • Support Knowledgement by ensuring all relevant Customer Contact Center (CCC) business information is available for immediate query

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • WalkMe and Salesforce Knowldege Management experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must; HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage
