WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You will lead a small team with the responsibility of the cloud transformation and key people products related to e.g. recruitment, performance management and people operations based on our implementation of Workday.
- You will be providing strategic steering of the transformation to Workday and ongoing leadership for our core people and operations products enabling capabilities such as: performance management, recruiting, analytics and diagnostics, improved workflow, employee self-service, document management and digital signature;
- Based on your several years of experience, you have a good understanding and the ability to keep the big picture in mind and advise, support, and drive your close stakeholders to make the system transition successful, aligned with the strategic direction of the company.
- You will deliver high-performance, resilient and scalable people systems landscape handling large amounts of data while continuously enabling a high pace of change and innovation by working at all levels within the organization and development of teams;
- You will be coaching and developing team members and help recruit great talent to provide a smooth transformation process.
- You have successfully completed university studies preferably with focus on business administration, (business) informatics, (business) transformation, business psychology or similar
- You have a proven track of at least 7 years of professional experience in the areas of (HR) IT in an international corporate environment or at a consulting company
- You have a proven track of HR IT project experience and/ or a Workday certification
- Strong user knowledge of HR IT solutions (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM) and HR processes
- Analytical thinking skills and a strong team orientation
- English language skills
