Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Affiliate Manager to join the Performance Marketing team (role based in Paris)

About the role

As the Global Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the global affiliates program leveraging multiple commercial models to drive growth & achieve targets. You will also manage direct acquisition partnerships & nano influencers. You will grow our network of affiliates to meet our sales & GMV objectives across EU, UK, US, APAC & ROW. You will ensure that all affiliate activity is aligned with our marketing calendar, from campaigns to commercial targets. You will collaborate across different departments (Brand, PR, Social & Influencers and more) to deploy consistent 360 campaigns across our affiliate network. You will also work with the performance & web analysts to analyse weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports: draw insights, identify optimization tactics and adjust strategy.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the global affiliate & network relationships (shopping comparison sites, loyalty & rewards programs, blogger networks, vouchers, and cashback website...etc).
  • Work closely with the region teams to align on performance, strategy & growth targets.
  • Globally align the nano influencer programme to deliver growth at scale all regions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and business planning teams on reporting, tracking and forecasting to help evaluate program performance, aiding in the development of future strategies.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify and size new acquisition opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make new recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the test & learn roadmap for the Affiliate Channel, with a focus on enhanced targeting and modeling, creative and offer optimization, and audience expansion.
  • Product feed optimization / Key contact for our feed management tool.

Who you are

  • 5+yrs business experience in partnership marketing and/or actively managing channel(s) to target prospects. Affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages considered a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills: you are very comfortable performing data analysis and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, relationship building and negotiations skills
  • Growth and innovation mindset: always challenge the statu quo and test new ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems
  • Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
