The Real Estate Analyst is an integral part of growing PVH North America Corporate Real Estate group. This person will work directly with senior Real Estate leadership on economic negotiations, research analysis, and all department initiatives.This is a management level position with opportunity for growth.

The Real Estate Analyst provides strategic planning support, evaluation of existing and new retail markets and locations, and focused analysis of economic terms to improve profitability. The Real Estate team works cross-functionally with Design and Construction, Facilities, Divisional Operations, Finance, the legal team as well as landlords throughout North America.

The Real Estate Analyst will complete and provide due diligence, financial, and research analysis in support of all executive projects, work with Real Estate team on higher-level analysis to provide both historical and current economic structures, and provide financial reporting and analysis support related to the store portfolio. Will also be responsible for preparation and tracking of financial data; ad-hoc modeling; and developing content for use in internal presentations.


Collaborate with senior RE negotiators and assist in negotiating economics terms with independent landlords.

Communicate with people inside and outside the organization such as Legal, Store operations, design and construction and landlords to gather pertinent information.

Positively represent the organization by building strong relationships with internal departments and external landlords

Market Analysis

Research, and monitor market conditions and trends pertinent for making sound RE decisions.

Responsible for managing the production of research reports and collateral

Present updated information and analyses to internal teams


Administer ongoing preparation of various reports

Maintain statistics and analysis for the store locations

Attend to requests for information and data

Assist with due diligence for internal parties with respect to existing and new store locations.

Collaborate within departments to collect and organize relevant information.

Create requested reports based on RE team needs utilizing CoStar system



Business Strategy, Financial Analyst, or Commercial and/or Retail

Real Estate background strongly preferred


Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred

  • Must be analytical, detail oriented, and self motivated
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in SAP/ CoStar/Essebase preferred
