About the Role

In this role, you will embody Do The Right Thing by protecting People, Assets, and Brands. You'll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

This role is responsible for the development and creation of content that aligns with the Asset Protection mission and collaboration between Gap Inc. Asset Protection Centers of Excellence from ideation through activation. This position manages the design and execution of the programs, communications, and systems that help mitigate theft and fraud and promotes Gap Inc. as the safest place to work and shop.
  • Maintain and update all Asset Protection programs, systems, and resource platforms to ensure consistency across all brands
  • Support the management of an Asset Protection resource portfolio that is relevant, impactful, and drives results
  • Execute and manage company-wide communications and awareness training focused on Emergency Preparedness, Active Threat, Equality & Belonging efforts, Escalated Customer Response, and team development
  • Continuously learn and creatively evolve to ensure programs speak to the intended audience
  • Drafts all Asset Protection communication for publication and executes at all phases of project management including design, illustration, and translation


Who You Are

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Superior project management skills with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and execute to project deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors
  • Time management and ability to prioritize /multi-task
  • Probe beyond the stated situation, identifies underlying issues and considers possible alternatives
  • Advanced skillset within the Microsoft Suite (including SharePoint), Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Articulate360 and other creative content platforms is essential
  • 3+ years relevant experience within Asset Protection and Retail
