About the Role

Gap Inc.'s FSAL team have brought the company's iconic global brands to markets around the world. As a key member of the marketing team, the Interim Digital Manager will play a critical role in supporting and delivering
consistent execution of best in class digital marketing across international Franchise operations and with online partners for Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Athleta.

You will provide essential guidance and strategy to online Franchise partners, ensuring our brand's vision and direction are communicated in their markets and executing key campaigns. You will lead the strategy and implementation within the online environment. You will build relationships with partners and excite them about our brands, their values and their missions. You will own the execution of campaigns on partner websites. Your contributions will bring ideas to life and tell the Gap Inc. franchise brands story's online.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness globally
  • Partner with local teams to develop and deliver digital strategies across online platforms
  • Manage and recap digital campaigns across e-commerce partner sites
  • Partner with ecommerce and product teams on seasonal brand refreshes
  • Manage updates and partner requests for creative
  • Partner with Franchise Partners to develop traffic & sales driving activities
  • Develop educational tools and cascade to drive partner awareness & understanding of brand positioning and seasonal strategies
  • Partner with franchise partners to drive insights and roadmaps of future executions
  • Promote a spirit of innovation and identify new digital ideas for internal teams and local partners
  • Provide regular status, results and updates on all digital partnerships to the wider team


Who You Are

· An extensive understanding of digital marketing in a global retail environment

· Data driven approach to performance marketing

· Customer centric approach to retention and life cycle management

· Strong relationship builder, developing working rapport and understanding on a global scale with a diverse peer set

· Balancing a mix of strategic planning with campaign and process management to turn great plans into great campaigns

· Proactive and detail orientated with strong analytical and communication skills

· Excellent written, verbal and organization skills to efficiently work across locales, cultures and time zone

· Experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse range of tasks

· Demonstrated experience of working with global ecommerce sites

· Highly flexible, open minded and able to adapt to change

· Proficiency in Office suite, web analytics and website platforms
