Veronica Beard is seeking an Office Administrator to join our London based team. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of administration relating to the international wholesale accounts and the organization of our London office and seasonal Paris showroom. This role reports directly to the International Commercial Director and is based in our newly opened London Flagship/HQ on Bruton Street.


  • Ensure International accounts are managed effectively on a day-to-day basis working closely with the London wholesale VB team
  • Order management: entering orders, reorders, swaps and supporting all international territories
  • Maintenance of orders in the system – updating cancellations, ensuring pricing is accurate at order level
  • Liaising with the logistics department, monitoring deliveries and assisting the finance department with credit control.
  • Maintenance of global projection file, seasonal budgets/sales forecasts for international accounts and updating selling file weekly
  • Updating end of season reports and sell thru analysis
  • Overseeing asset requests from wholesale accounts including imagery, marketing material, RRPs etc
  • Coordinating London and Paris sales campaigns/showrooms, managing showroom diary, organizing shipment of samples/carnet, coordinating VM for Paris, booking models, catering etc
  • Liaise between London and NY office and ensure all office and building needs are being met


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work well in a small team setting
  • Very strong analytical and operational skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Resourceful, efficient, and proactive
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Advanced Excel essential, preferable experience using JOOR
