This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are a great upcoming leader with an interest in logistics and Distribution. You are excited about servicing the Tory Burch brand by coordinating and prioritizing the daily packing tasks and workload in the DC and Partnering with your Operations supervisor with assisting with hands on training, development and implementation of process improvements, and ensure that associates follow all safety rules and company SOPs. You work well in a team environment and a sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be assisting with the development and execution of daily work plans, labor allocation needs, and end of shift reporting, assist with the coordination of training and cross training of associates across all operational areas, monitor individual performance through direct observation and productivity metrics and assist supervisor in addressing individual needs necessary to reach departmental objectives, and keeps a close pulse of the floor and notify supervisor whenever issues look like they may be elevating. To Land This Role:
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college preferred
  • 3+ years related experience and/or training
  • Experience with warehouse equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • WMS knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed including days regularly scheduled off, such as weekends and holiday
