CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

You will report to our Production Planning Manager and focus on the allocation of partners supply to fill production capacity. You will work in Guimarães and Porto, and act as an intermediary, liaising both with the commercial and production teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Prioritize the demand according to the commercial drivers;
    • Be the main contact point for our commercial and production managers;
    • Allocate digital production requests, based on available capacity, and prioritize these requests accordingly;
    • Monitor production status, identifying deviations and tactically adjusting allocation;
    • Follow-up on relevant indicators and act to achieve results;
    • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within our current allocation and planning process;
    • Develop reports to increase visibility on short-term trends and deviations;
    • Provide relevant inputs to the production planner to ensure tactical adjustments;
    • Be the backup of the Production Planner.


WHO YOU ARE

    • +2 years of experience in planning with proficiency in MS excel (can perform complex functions);
    • Experience in continuous improvement/process improvement activities;
    • Passionate for data;
    • Comfortable working in a reactive environment;
    • Advanced English.
