London Based Retail Intern

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Studio Intern will support with the administration and coordination of all aspects in our new Mayfair flagship. 

Main responsibilities:

Support the retail team by greeting clients to the store, organising appointments throughout the day and assist with RTW and Bridal appointments Assist with Shopify, POS systems, and consignments Learn inventory management system by helping to manage inventory across the platform and support in stock takes Merchandise current collection in showroom and gain sales insight on Ready-to-wear and Bridal collections by supporting private client appointments and clienteling activities Provide administrative support throughout the studio

Qualifications:

A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented & highly organised Passionate about the luxury fashion industry with a ready-to-learn attitude Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Excel and Google Drive Experience with Shopify is a plus Available at least 2 days a week with one always being a Saturday
