About the Role

We are looking for a Workday Manager to join our HR Technology team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and the ongoing design and optimization of the Compensation module for Workday. In HR Technology, we are responsible for the enablement of our People & Culture priorities and continually strive to build a secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions that support a simplified user experience for managers and employees that support the business more efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as an expert on Workday's Compensation modules
  • Lead collaborative sessions with business partners and stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to optimize and automate HR processes
  • Strong ability to apply business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements and inform partners of options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems
  • Drive projects from exploration to implementation; provide expertise, guidance, and delivery of projects
  • Lead and execute configuration of the Workday application to achieve business objectives
  • Drive collaborative sessions cross-functionally to identify cross-functional impacts and align on solutions
  • Engage with Workday Community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs and advocate for future product enhancements
  • Proactively manage Workday Release process end-to-end for Compensation modules by building and executing plans including impact analysis, making deployment recommendations to the business, conducting regression testing, and driving change management with the objective of improving the overall platform and user experience
  • Own and drive Workday Compensation roadmap and prioritization of projects in support of People & Culture priorities
  • Understanding of HR functions, specifically pertaining to an employee's lifecycle, along with the terminology, methodologies, and processes
  • Proactively assess change impacts and collaborate with partners across Centers of Excellence and Subject Matter Experts to align on change management plans

Who You Are

  • Workday Pro Certification is ideal
  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience
  • Expertise in Workday Compensation modules, including the ability to complete functional configuration
  • Experience supporting a medium-to-large global organization
  • Excellent project management skills and solid ability to prioritize
  • Broad knowledge of human resource business processes and cross-functional impacts
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with leadership and our partners across the company
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple initiatives
  • Ability to focus on the essential issues and simplify complexity
