PORTO

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. From Account Management to Technology and Product, whatever your skills are, you'll find your fit here. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano in your lunch break!

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone that is a quick thinker, eager to put skills to the test in a challenging environment and that is passionate about using data to drive actions and help shape tactical decisions. If you like to be challenged to deliver value in a short amount of time, if you can hit the ground running and adapt to new circumstances and environments (that can change as quickly), this is the position for you.

WHAT YOU`LL DO

    • You will support ongoing crucial projects and processes scoped under Creative Operations Planning, but you will also be challenged to take on new initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

    • Knowledge of, or experience with, business/financial KPIs and retail metrics, especially related to e-commerce and/or fashion;
    • Technical skills for processing and analysing data: mainly Excel and SQL; it also helps if you have used Big Query/Looker in the past. You won't be autonomous if you don't have these skills;
    • Ease and experience at communicating your findings and work to different stakeholders and capable of adapting your message to cross-functional teams. Ability to influence change in senior stakeholders, is a plus;
    • Quantitative college and/or professional experience background - examples: previous work as a Business Analyst, Merchandising, Operational Planning, Consultant and/or University degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar;
    • It is mandatory that your English level is advanced, or it will be impossible for you to perform the role to its full extent.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT

    • FARFETCH is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process. We are determined that no applicant experiences discrimination on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, age, gender identity, ancestry, sexual orientation, veteran status, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. We continue to build our consciously inclusive culture as part of our Positively FARFETCH strategy throughout our business, partnerships and communities.
